  • Our client, a listed AI technology company with over 25,000 employees, was undergoing a major business transformation to enable scalable growth and improve customer delivery. As part of this programme, they needed to transition from a federated model to a matrix way of working while re-engineering their go-to-market and delivery teams to align with a new product categorisation. 

    The scale and pace of the transformation introduced significant challenges.
