Darren Schindler

Darren has a wealth of experience across Financial Services, having operated at C-level, non-executive director, investor and adviser to multiple banks and early-stage FinTech businesses.
At the forefront of the successful launch of both Metro Bank and Thomas Cook Money, Darren’s expertise includes significant experience with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in permissions, remediation and raising investment for start-up and fast growth businesses.
When he’s not helping companies design and deliver new financial products, Darren can be found spending time with his family or following his favourite football team.
Peter Brown

Pete has an extensive background in consulting across the Retail & Consumer sector, having led major transformation programmes in businesses across Europe and North America.
With clients ranging from Holland & Barrett to The FA and Marks & Spencer, Pete has successfully managed projects across all areas of the sector, including strategy, operations, digital and commercial.
When Pete’s not designing retail experiences of the future, he can be found hiking a mountain, fishing in a Scottish loch or racing on his mountain bike.
Kevin Lebrat

Kevin has experience across Retail & Consumer, Financial Services and Insurance. He’s delivered digital products across Europe, America and Australia.
Passionate about technology, Kevin has experience in taking ideas from a Post-It note to delivering the real thing. He’s also managed large-scale technology implementation and designed operating models.
When Kevin’s not at his laptop, he can be found cycling around Surrey hills or planning his next surfing trip (Portugal is next!).
Jonny Rankin

Jonny comes from a background in academia where he was the head of product design at the University of Edinburgh. He brings an expertise in designing new products through cutting edge technologies.
Jonny has previously delivered blockchain technology initiatives through Design Thinking workshops for Sony and the BBC. He’s also worked at Brompton as part of their product team and with Oxfam to launch a donation platform.
When Jonny isn't at work he's testing his limits, from ultra-endurance bicycle racing, to Scottish winter mountaineering, his most recent project is completing the Dishoom cookbook.
Jules Schindler

Jules has over 20 years’ experience in People and Talent Acquisition, working agency side, in-house and as a business owner or NED/Advisor. She has supported companies from start-ups to larger corporate brands in the creation and improvement of people and talent acquisition strategies and services .
Most recently Jules established Exevion’s very own People function and has a track record of navigating the challenges facing scale-ups in finding and retaining talent at all levels in Financial Services, Retail and Technology.
When Jules isn’t helping the team grow, she’s hanging out with her family and friends, in the gym or walking her many dogs!
Sam Knill

Sam brings a broad range of consulting experience to Exevion, having worked at a Big 4 and specialist technology consultancy. From implementing projects across operations, compliance, governance and technology, he's led the planning and delivery of work across multiple industries.
Focused on delivering results, Sam has supported and managed projects that improve companies' operations and maximised opportunities for revenue growth.
When Sam isn't managing programmes of work, he can be found surfing or playing 5-a-side.
Daniel Naef

Daniel is an experienced consultant with a track record delivering meaningful client outcomes in his previous role at a Big 4 firm in Australia.
Daniel has successfully managed projects providing a diverse range of consulting services in support of clients’ strategy, change and transformation efforts, focusing on developing authentic relationships and delivering value.
When Daniel isn’t supporting clients, he’s making the most of his move to London by exploring the city and travelling Europe, while also keeping active and following his favourite sports.
Ravinder Sidhu

Ravinder is experienced in delivering organisational transformation, operational change, and C-level leadership development across various industries and sectors.
Ravinder has a particular interest in balancing formal systems and cultural dynamics to support optimal organisational effectiveness and long-term sustainability. She previously led the largest organisational culture review in NHS history, and has supported regional service integration for clients across the UK.
Outside of work, Ravinder enjoys fashion and style, spending her free time designing and sewing clothes.

During his six years at EY-Parthenon, Manas has successfully driven initiatives in business restructuring, working capital optimisation, operational improvement, and deal execution. He is committed to fostering strong client relationships and delivering sustainable value.
Outside of work, Manas enjoys exploring new culinary experiences and cheering on his favourite football team.

Michael’s background includes consulting at Big 4 and boutique advisory firms in New Zealand and Australia. He also has experience supporting transformation programmes from his time working within public sector and industry.
Michael has managed, strategic, operational and transformation projects across diverse sectors, delivering tangible results in operationally challenging and highly regulated environments. Hands-on by nature, his collaborative approach with clients focuses on value realisation and sustainable performance improvement.
Beyond the office, Michael keeps himself active exploring new travel destinations, hiking, or participating in a HIIT class.

Michael has used strong people and analytical skills to improve clients' operational performance, company structure and partnerships with outsourced relationships.
When not at work, Michael can be found playing football with his weekend side, watching any sport or attempting to cook interesting and exotic food.
Anirudh Nair

Anirudh has 12 years of consulting and industry experience across the consumer goods, real estate and hospitality sectors, working across Europe, Asia and South America. He began his career in consumer goods, focusing on customer development, marketing and supply chain operations, before moving into management consulting following completion of his MBA at IE Business School.
He has designed target operating models, developed go to market strategies and optimised pricing for multinational organisations, combining industry experience with structured consulting to solve complex strategic and operational challenges. At Exevion, he drives large scale transformation programmes and performance improvement.
Outside of work, he is passionate about food, film and football.

Preet is a strategy and transformation consultant with experience across banking and consulting in London and Dubai. He has supported clients across sports, leisure, entertainment, tourism, and the public sector on growth strategy, operating models, governance, and implementation planning.
He enjoys helping clients turn strategy into action, with a focus on clear delivery plans, practical decision making, and measurable outcomes. His experience includes destination and asset activation strategies, alongside commercial and operating model work across the Middle East.
