    With clients such as Sky, Worldpay, Concardis, nexi and GSS, Oliver has successfully delivered new product launches, integration of acquisitions, customer migrations and digital transformations.

    When Oliver’s not helping companies deliver complex programmes, he can be found spending time with his family and friends or training for his next iconic tour de France climb.

  • Tony brings more than twenty years of consulting, delivery, and leadership experience. His work covers many industries and functions, with clients including HSBC, Barclays, Aviva, RSA, DWP, NHS, BT, Vodafone, Virgin Media and Arqiva. 

    Outcome-focused and driven by customer success, Tony creates solutions for the most efficient and effective use of people, process and technology. Tony has led services delivery and operational teams, most recently heading up the European consultancy division for a SaaS data integration and analytics vendor. 

    When not enabling businesses to drive more value, Tony enjoys family time, increasingly ambitious DIY projects, and coaching and racing for his local running club.

  • Britta has over 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs across Europe. She excels in driving strategic change and operational efficiency, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex, global environments with clients like Sky and Hewlett Packard.

    Britta is known for her ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, fostering collaboration and inspiring teams. She has a particular passion for seeing things through to the end – by applying a tried and tested rigorous readiness framework ensuring projects or products launch successfully.
