Darren Schindler

MANAGING PARTNER & FOUNDER

  • Darren has a wealth of experience across Financial Services, having operated at C-level, non-executive director, investor and adviser to multiple banks and early-stage FinTech businesses.

    At the forefront of the successful launch of both Metro Bank and Thomas Cook Money, Darren’s expertise includes significant experience with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in permissions, remediation and raising investment for start-up and fast growth businesses.

    When he’s not helping companies design and deliver new financial products, Darren can be found spending time with his family or following his favourite football team.

Peter Brown

MANAGING PARTNER & FOUNDER

  • Pete has an extensive background in consulting across the Retail & Consumer sector, having led major transformation programmes in businesses across Europe and North America.

    With clients ranging from Holland & Barrett to The FA and Marks & Spencer, Pete has successfully managed projects across all areas of the sector, including strategy, operations, digital and commercial.

    When Pete’s not designing retail experiences of the future, he can be found hiking a mountain, fishing in a Scottish loch or racing on his mountain bike.

Kevin Lebrat

DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

  • Kevin has experience across Retail & Consumer, Financial Services and Insurance. He’s delivered digital products across Europe, America and Australia.

    Passionate about technology, Kevin has experience in taking ideas from a Post-It note to delivering the real thing. He’s also managed large-scale technology implementation and designed operating models.

    When Kevin’s not at his laptop, he can be found cycling around Surrey hills or planning his next surfing trip (Portugal is next!).

Jonny Rankin

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT & FOUNDER

  • Jonny comes from a background in academia where he was the head of product design at the University of Edinburgh. He brings an expertise in designing new products through cutting edge technologies.

    Jonny has previously delivered blockchain technology initiatives through Design Thinking workshops for Sony and the BBC. He’s also worked at Brompton as part of their product team and with Oxfam to launch a donation platform.

    When Jonny isn't at work he's testing his limits, from ultra-endurance bicycle racing, to Scottish winter mountaineering, his most recent project is completing the Dishoom cookbook.

Jules Schindler

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

  • Jules has over 20 years’ experience in People and Talent Acquisition, working agency side, in-house and as a business owner or NED/Advisor. She has supported companies from start-ups to larger corporate brands in the creation and improvement of people and talent acquisition strategies and services .

    Most recently Jules established Exevion’s very own People function and has a track record of navigating the challenges facing scale-ups in finding and retaining talent at all levels in Financial Services, Retail and Technology.

    When Jules isn’t helping the team grow, she’s hanging out with her family and friends, in the gym or walking her many dogs!

Aidan Donaghey

CONSULTANT

  • Aidan has a strong background in consulting, with experience working at a Big 4 firm and on various projects across digital, transformation and operations.

    Focused on creating value for clients, Aidan has managed and delivered projects across multiple industries. With a hands-on approach, he's developed strong relationships that resulted in successful and long lasting change.

    When Aidan isn’t at work, he’s usually found outside exercising. Either getting his rugby boots on, or at the golf course working on his handicap.

Sam Knill

CONSULTANT

  • Sam brings a broad range of consulting experience to Exevion, having worked at a Big 4 and specialist technology consultancy. From implementing projects across operations, compliance, governance and technology, he's led the planning and delivery of work across multiple industries.

    Focused on delivering results, Sam has supported and managed projects that improve companies' operations and maximised opportunities for revenue growth.

    When Sam isn't managing programmes of work, he can be found surfing or playing 5-a-side.

Ronan Murray

MANAGER

  • Ronan brings diverse management consultancy and design experience gained across Europe and the UK, with a recent focus on the FinTech sector and a background in architecture.

    Within this experience, Ronan has helped both blockchain start-ups and legacy organisations with their organisational design and transformation projects, delivering sustainable change in sensitive environments. Ronan also sits as a director on the trustee board of a Financial Services organisation, advising on the health and direction of the business.

    When not at work, Ronan is trying to golf, cook, or stay fit, with varying levels of success.

Oliver Beal

PROGRAMME DIRECTOR

  • Oliver has an extensive background in establishing effective governance and cross-functional teams to deliver complex programmes for diverse organisations across eCommerce, payments, banking, telecom, media and FinCrime industries.

    With clients such as Sky, Worldpay, Concardis, nexi and GSS, Oliver has successfully delivered new product launches, integration of acquisitions, customer migrations and digital transformations.

    When Oliver’s not helping companies deliver complex programmes, he can be found spending time with his family and friends or training for his next iconic tour de France climb.

Michael Newland

CONSULTANT

  • Michael has a broad range of consulting experience, having managed and delivered projects at a Big 4 firm with a primary focus on digital and operational transformation within the Financial Services sector.

    Michael has used strong people and analytical skills to improve clients' operational performance, company structure and partnerships with outsourced relationships.

    When not at work, Michael can be found playing football with his weekend side, watching any sport or attempting to cook interesting and exotic food.

Daniel Naef

  • Daniel is an experienced consultant with a track record delivering meaningful client outcomes in his previous role at a Big 4 firm in Australia.

    Daniel has successfully managed projects providing a diverse range of consulting services in support of clients’ strategy, change and transformation efforts, focusing on developing authentic relationships and delivering value.

    When Daniel isn’t supporting clients, he’s making the most of his move to London by exploring the city and travelling Europe, while also keeping active and following his favourite sports.

Lucy Griffin-Stiff

  • Lucy is a coach and consultant with extensive experience spanning culture change, leadership development, strategic communication, employee engagement, mindset shifts, employee experience, storytelling, and business change. She also provides one-to-one coaching for C-suite leaders. She has led and delivered multi-million pound change and communications programmes, employee engagement programmes, company re-brands; culture change initiatives, communication teams and campaigns and learning and development programmes. In 2021 Lucy authored and published her first book.

Domingo Morgan-Luco

  • Domingo is an experienced Consultant primarily focused in financial services, consumer goods and telecoms. He specialises in top-line growth and business transformation projects, previously working with Fortune 500 companies to launch new business lines, develop digital propositions and create growth strategies. He works with senior stakeholders, is a highly skilled workshop facilitator and has a deep understanding of the software delivery cycle.

Jane Barnard

  • Jane brings 20 years of experience leading the implementation of large scale global digital strategy and transformation initiatives in the health and travel tech sectors. She has built diverse teams from the ground up, establishing best practices and operational excellence in complex, multicultural international settings. Jane has an in-depth understanding of agile methodologies and how to execute successfully within a more traditional business framework. Jane is a self-confessed digital product nerd, and is constantly looking at how technology can improve customer experiences.
