A major global player in the space applications and services sector had recently undergone significant business transformation, including acquiring a space defence consultancy and restructuring its senior leadership team. With these changes, the company sought to establish a new strategy to drive revenue growth, align with its new leadership vision and support post-acquisition integration.
The key challenges included:
Lack of Strategic Alignment: The organisation lacked a clear, actionable 5-year strategic plan, making it difficult to align teams, prioritise initiatives, and drive collective progress
Fragmented Initiatives: Strategic projects were developed independently by different owners, leading to duplication, misalignment, and inefficiencies across the business
