  • Following unprecedented growth in sales due to the rise in staycations, our client was seeking to improve operations and customer experience across their sites. They saw an opportunity from rising consumer demand and were prepared to invest to exceed this expectation. Exevion were engaged to advise on how this should be spent and to establish a Transformation Office that would manage the effort.

    • Identify opportunities – identified a long list of operational improvement opportunities that aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

    • Create the business case – after refining the list of opportunities, Exevion worked with the business to create robust business cases. These demonstrated the potential value and justified investment to the senior executive team.

    • Establish the governance – to provide direction and decision making to the projects, Exevion established and coordinated a Transformation Office team. This included weekly and quarterly board reporting, steering committees and working group sessions.

    • Drive projects – project management is crucial to the successful delivery of any project, Exevion provided oversight on the most valuable projects to ensure their successful delivery on time and on budget.

    • Learn – developed and facilitated a project review process to ensure lessons could be learnt and impacts assessed at the end of each project.

  • An established Transformation Office that is led by Exevion and the client team.
